So Kim sold my neighbors house for over a million dollars at full asking within a week. About two months later I decided to sell a rental house in Orange That I had for years and thought she would be a good person to use based on my neighbors experience. She was fantastic! We met and decided on an asking price ( which I thought was too high but kept that to myself). She helped me through every step of the process. She explained things clearly.
